IS IT SAFE TO BOOK WITH CONNECT SAIGON?
We work with venue partners and explain booking terms before you confirm. If you choose a VIP host as an agreed service, they coordinate the details on the ground and help check venue bills. Club booking only does not include a dedicated host.

ARE PRICES FAIR OR AM I PAYING A TOURIST PREMIUM?
There is no Connect Saigon fee for club booking only. We confirm table minimum spends and explain applicable venue charges before you book. You pay the venue directly; optional services are quoted separately.

WHAT DOES A VIP HOST ACTUALLY DO?
Your VIP Host is your nightlife concierge. They handle reservations, get you past the lines, manage logistics, and are on hand throughout the night to make sure everything runs smoothly — so you can focus on enjoying yourself.

IS CLUB BOOKING FREE, AND DO I PAY A DEPOSIT?
Club booking only is free, with no booking deposit. For an event or itinerary, we arrange payment for agreed services after you approve the plan and service quote. Venue bills are paid directly to the venues. We explain the applicable change and cancellation terms before you confirm.
