ĂNĂN SAIGON
CONTEMPORARY VIETNAMESE IN HO CHI MINH CITY
Familiar Vietnamese flavours, seen through a different lens.
Ănăn Saigon is Chef Peter Cường Franklin’s contemporary Vietnamese restaurant in the Chợ Cũ market area. Street-food references and local ingredients meet a more composed dining format inside a narrow Saigon tube house.
Choose between the Saigon tasting menu, Chef Peter’s longer menu or à la carte. A tasting dinner needs advance planning: the whole table chooses the same menu, and seating time and drink pairings should be settled before arrival.
LOCATION & SERVICE
89 Tôn Thất Đạm, central Ho Chi Minh City. Tuesday–Sunday, from 5PM. Closed Mondays. Tasting sittings: 5:30PM or 8:30PM.
